Bad Points

Awful customer services. Long waits holding. Made to feel like it was my fault for having my car stolen. Paperwork sent but never recieved by myslef. All just delay tactics i'm sure


General Comments

Privilege Car Insurance customer service dept is a joke - they never call you back and you are often left hanging on the line and eventually cut off.

I had my car stolen 3 weeks ago and they have made me feel like it was my own fault! I would never use this useless company again.

Am still waiting for my claim to be settled and have been told it could be 8 weeks! Why??????? i just don'y know.
