The staff are very fiendly and customer aware. My trainer has knowledge of training and the equipment I should be using.
Bad Points
a little on the pricey side but we have a family ticket so it works out a little under £20 each per month.
General Comments
I find that my Total Fitness Gym is clean and frendly. There is always ready access to machines and the atmosphere is very good. Lets face it, us fatties need to motivate ourselves somehow.
