Placed an order with Dial-A-Phone and then was asked to contact them. There lies the problem. You can't get through the automatic driod, due to the fact that you need your DOB to get through to a human being, if one does actually exist. On my account the year of my DOB was showing as 1753, which on reading other reviews for this crowd other peolpe have fell fowl off. I could not seem to get through to them using their web site either. Ended up canceling the order by e-mail today, which I doubt I will receive a responce to, unless the annoying driod turns into a real person ??

u will never hear bk from dial a phone by email. i emailed them 6 days ago and still no reply. i found a free phone number for them. i am in the process of trying to cancel with them but having so many problems. I never received my mobile off them so phoned to cancel my order and they said i cant cancel as i have no phone to return to them. They are a joke, i would stay clear of this company.
