Friendly staff.
10 minutes of enjoyment watching a 3d cartoon of Dickens life, the best thing in the whole place by far.
Bad Points
Boat ride not working due to technical problems.
Theatre not ready due to technicians working on the boat ride.
General Comments
There dosn't seem to be any point to the Dickens World experience apart from realising that you are never going there again.
