Very friendly, don't fly straight over to you when looking around the shop


Bad Points

the sale's assistant will say anything to you to get there commision bonus!

General Comments

I recently went into my local DFS store 6 weeks ago to this week, I ordered 2 small fabric sofa's that was on offer at the moment for only £369 each so my partner and I thought great We will get this sofa as it suits are budget and style that we wanted plus with it being fabric the sale's assistant told us it would be deleiverd to our address withen 6weeks and that we would get a phone call 48hr's before it is deleivered. We wasn't going to buy it straight away as I would have to ask my father for credit, The sale's assistant assured me that haven someone else do the credit check for us everything would be fine and I could still pay though my bank details with one years interest free, I thought great but then the sale's assistant told me "the sofa you are after won't be on sale after sunday, after that date we take them off the shop floor and they are then charged at full price" (this was Wednesday) so I decided to ask my father that night has I really wanted a new sofa, my father agreed and so we went an proceeded to buy the sofa the next day before it goes off sale, all went well and we got the forms to say we bought the sofa's, Out of curiosity we asked the sale's assistant where would are sofa be deleiverd from he assured us it would be from Nottingham, I live in Liverpool! I thought no probley just 2 hr's drive down the motorway we will have these sofa's deleivered sooner than 6weeks!
Well well well what do you know 6 weeks later and the sofa's we purchased is Still on sale! andddddddddd we still have not had a phone call off them to say are sofa is ready!!
