Internet banking is good
Bad Points
The business advisors cant actually help you at all. They can advise you but they have no power to help you. It's computer says no im afraid. There is no personal service anymore, which can leave you in big trouble when its a computer deciding your fate.
General Comments
I have banked with HSBC for 5 years. I run my own small business. On Christmas eve last year, they decided to take away my business overdraft with hardly any warning at all. As times were tough, this left me short of money to pay my suppliers, some who are freelancers and needed the money over Christmas for their families. It nearly put me under and I have been struggling since. Then recently they took away my business credit card, just to make things easier. They also charged me the other day which took me overdrawn, then charged me for being overdrawn. I am now going to close my account and change banks ASAP.
