This was my first time booking a main holiday online. I booked a 10 day family holiday to Mallorca about 6 weeks prior to departure with directline holidays. Emails for flight, transfer & hotel arrived on the day I booked. I was a bit concerned about how reliable transfer / hotel booking would be but I needn't have worried. On arriving in Palma airport our transfer using ressorthoppa went exactly as explained in the email, arriving promptly at our hotel an hour later (as descibed). On checking-in we were allocated the accomodation described when booking. Our return transfer also went to plan. We had no problems and therefore no need to contact directline again, so cannot comment on the customer care service.
