Good Points

Cheaper than many competitors on certain products.


Bad Points

Very slow delivery! Do not have to sign for it which is really worrying!


General Comments

Ordered a product from Biovea and can say they are reasonably priced compared to competitors. Although stated as registered in London, I believe a majority of the stock they hold are not actually dispatched from the UK.

Communication via email was actually rather switch and they have a nifty checking system online, to see if your order was dispatched or processed.

Only down fall with this company is that they use a very cheap parcel system to send out the products. One major concern is that you do not have to sign for the item. Another is that delivery is very slow! Just be aware of this! They do state on the website that the parcel will not reach you until 5 working days.

Finally, I would use them again but they definitely need to change the delivery system.
