General Comments

Booked to go to Marmaris Turkey with Holiday Hypermarket , was promised a seaview and on the phone we doubled checked this point , only to find out it isn,t a seaview at all , was offered 56 pounds in compensation , no apology at all , we didn't accept and have taken the matter further . My partner is registered disabled and will stop in room when she is in pain , thats why room with seaview was important to us . We wanted to cancel but was told we would have to pay 1500 pounds even thou it wasn't our fault.

    I am sorry to hear you had problems with your holiday.
    Our terms and conditions available on the website do state:
    "Holiday Hypermarket should be advised of any special needs or requirements at the time of booking, for example, the requirement for wheelchair assistance or medical conditions that may affect your travel. It is also advisable to speak to someone before making a booking online. You can seek advice from Holiday Hypermarket customer services".

    Customer Services key priority is to ensure that all aspects of your holiday meet your expectations.
