General Comments

I filled out a YES Loans Personal Loan application over then internet and soon as i clicked submit my phone was ringing, i spoke to a lady over the phone who made it sound like i was the perfect customer everything was accepted and just sign the document she was sending me. After that she said i would need to pay not £49 but £69 admin fee straight away, i had this before with Wentworth group who do the same, i want to see something in writting first before paying money she said i couldnt untill i paid. i said well i dont feel comfortable with that so she said ok cheers anyway and just hung up.
