Flight attendants-disgustingly rude, not helpful.


General Comments

Two bad experiences on Continental Airlines. 1st incident-unable to receive assistance from male flight attendant with my baggage in the overhead storage unit. Instead he checks my baggage, against my will even after I've explained that my medications were in the baggage, that's why I carried it on.!!
2nd experience-denied acces to womens restroom, even after explaining that I take diuretics for hypertension. As if that wasn't enough, she proceeds to follow me to my seat at "YELLS" at the top of her voice for a full 10 MINUTES as if I were a retarded dog, I had to torn my back to her and she still proceeded to berate me. My husband finally had to intervene and tell her that enough is enough. I'm sitting in my seat (holding my bladder) and I have not replied to your berates--leave us alone!!!. When we exited off the aircraft she proceeded to hide her employee badge under her uniform. When I wrote a letter of complaint to their customer service describing her as the only "blonde-blued eyed, female attendant" because she refused to tell us her name-they never did anything to compensate us or encourage us for future flights. I will never fly Continental Airlines ever in life/or death again. And I intend to tell everyone about the biast(prejudice), rude flight attendants and incompetent customer service that does not value their frequent flier customers!!!!!!!!!
