General Comments

We ordered a bed from a Bensons concession (in Debenhams) that was closing down. Like other reviewers we got home and googled Bensons. Having read reviews here we thought we were going to be in for a rocky ride. Fortunately it all went well. We were advised by 'phone and text message that the bed would be delivered on the morning of the agreed date and were 'phoned by the delivery crew half an hour before arrival. The bed was in good condition, just one slight mark on the base that sponged off, and all the fixtures were present.
