Would work better if the customer service was in the UK or at least the people on the end of the emails could understand English.

.....'Tried paying the invoices online. For some reason the system will not accept my credit card details......
Reply:
.....Thank you for contacting Tiscali Customer Support.
Our records show that the current balance on your account is £29.34 as for your May and June invoice.
Kindly settle the said amount and reinstate your payment details to avoid suspension of service......
The actual service of Tiscalli Broadband seems to be pretty good and consistent but when it does go wrong (which it has a few times over the years), be prepared for some major stress.
