convinent when your broke


General Comments

i love new look as a store, great clothes at great prices. The New Look store card is hard to pay off. they charge you constantly so much so that when you ring customer services to arrange it to be dealt with they constantly cannot help you, the company procedures were the card is concerned wont win them any custom. i know alot of people that are not satisfied with the service and are complaining.
