Good Points

None whatsoever


Bad Points

Poor customer service. Terms and conditions do not list the documents required to pick up the car (You need utility bills (WHY??)). 0906 Customer service number (what service?)


General Comments

Rented a van and told I was not able to pick it up on arrival. Rubbish service, location didn't have Easy Car Rental name or logo to tell you it was there. Customer service line is an 0906 number which I couldn't call from my mobile or a payphone and probably wouldn't want to!
