The conditioner that is included in the box.
Bad Points
Ineffective product. Didn't work for me at all. Waste of time and waste of money (nearly £10 for me).
General Comments
I have dark blonde hair and tried the Medium Blonde shade 103A. It made absolutely no difference to my hair colour, even though I left it on for 45 mins. I then tried two shades lighter, Natural Baby Blonde (101 I think). This was just as useless, it lightened my hair colour by about half a shade. I am very disappointed and will never buy Clairol Nice N Easy again. I have had much better results in the past with Belle Colour so I will buy their products in future.
