Good Points

No call centres here.. you get direct dial numbers and the office is small enough that they all know each other (making queries easier to deal with if somebody is away from their desk)
You are assigned a personal travel agent which is brilliant and they even check their email at home over the weekends.
They send out the confirmations and invoices on luxury paper and even send a thank you card (This is obviously not the most important but it is alovely touch)
They have personal and in depth knowledge of most locations. If they do not know a specific detail, they will go out of their way to find out for you.
Their prices are fantastic, especially considering the service you get. For example, after cancelling our First Choice holiday, we managed to get a much better standard of accomodation, fly first class and also get onto a much better Maldivean Island for only £300 more then the original holiday we had booked.

General Comments

Having decided to take the step of booking a luxury honeymoon in the Maldives, my partner and I set about looking on the net for the best deals. Destinology came up, but I was dubious as I had not heard of them before.
We then booked our holiday through First Choice/Thomson (now the same company) and after much, much disappointment, messing around and appaling customer service, we cancelled with them.
We them turned to Destinology, having read excellent reviews about then and we were certainly not disappointed.
We finally got the customer service that we felt we deserved when spending £000's on a holiday. They have been absolutely fantastic!! They are a first class travel agents, have no doubts about it!
