General Comments

THE WORST SERVICE EVER... & THE MOST UNRELIABLE COMPANY!!!

I bought a part on June 1st... after NOT receiving it 10 days after , I called Auto Parts Warehouse (www.autopartswarehouse.com) and they said "sorry we it is out of stock" (when I bought it, they said they said the parts was being shipped that same day).

So I went to "another" (or thought I did)... but after buying it and after a week of waiting for my part I called again and this time they said that there was "something wrong" with my credit card (til then I didn't realize I was talking to the same company). So processed again my purchase and after hanging with them, I checked my bank statement... and it was then that I realized that not only this was the same company... but also they have cashed my purchase!

I called them back and there was too much bla... bla... bla. Finally, I said they should shipped my part priority mail due to there"mistake". But of course... they said they couldn't, but for sure I would have my part for the next week.

ANOTHER WEEK went by... called them after a week exactly... and ONCE AGAIN they said "sorry we it is out of stock".

They had me "going around and around"... waiting for my part for more than 3 WEEKS (I waited that long because i really needed this part). AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE COURTESY TO DO SOMETHING MORE THAT JUST SAY "WE ARE SORRY"!!!

ONCE AGAIN... THE WORST SERVICE EVER... & THE MOST UNRELIABLE COMPANY!!!
