Good Points

Cheaper petrol is the only good point but no longer good enough for me. Card is getting shredded

Customer service, Website, Online account managing


General Comments

Not had any problems until recently. If i had known how the online service is i would not have signed up for it. Web site not easy to follow had to ring customer service to find out how to access my statements, even staff said website not user friendly.
The customer service is rubbish. I recently received my email informing me my statement is ready to view - wrong- i could not access it told to register my card. Rang c/s told new card on way as mine due to expire (EXP 07/09) conversation took place 05/06/09, also told i would not be able to use my card-wrong- tried it card worked. They would not help me to look at my statement or register my card. i have had to take there word for my balance, and date payment due. It is now 21/06/09 have still not received new Asda credit card, cant use my old card as it has been stopped, they cant help because system is down.My balance will be transferred and i will not be using them again.
