General Comments

This is the worst airline I have ever used in 40 years of travelling. Iberia lost my luggage on the outbound flight, and lost it again on the return flight. It is impossible to speak to a human being when you contact their lost luggage department; all you get is an imbeciic recording that says nothing at all.. All four of my flights with them were delayed each by over an hour. The service was disgraceful, the staff rude, and whole thing an exercise in incompetence. Even boarding the flight was a nightmare of stupidity. NEVER under any circumstances would I travel with them again.
