returning the car was straighforward

a massive queue to collect the car.


General Comments

Holiday autos are no cheaper than anyone else. Our experience was, wrong directions to the desk at the airport and it took us a while to find them tucked away, Holiday autos use local car hire firms as their agents and these may be variable, depending. There was a huge queue to get the car (though it had all been arranged on-line months before) and we were all in the same boat. It took two and a half hours to get the keys to the car, then we could not find the car in the car park so had to go back to the desk again. This may have been a misunderstanding. After we got the car it was ok but obviously made us very late to our destination. There were hardly any queues at the other car hire firms even though it was Saturday. My advice is get a few quotes on the day when you get there and pick the cheapest!
