Bad Points

Don't cover you even though you pay for the services. Not be renewing.


General Comments

I had a no fault accident in October, a women flew into me when I was sitting at junction. Car totally written off and smashed up. Had broken teeth, severe seat belt bruising, knee injury and then found out I had because of the accident gallstones lodged in my bile duct and ended up in hospital in agony and jaundiced at xmas and been in and out of hospital 4 time and now been operated on. AA Car Insurance would from the onset were not interested, personal injury paid and legal costs too. From the start AA are not helping me with my injury claims even though I have paid them. They will not instruct a solicitor. 8 months later they are still not interested. What do you pay for??.

    I found this review very helpful because..I will be looking for a new insurance company Fortis who I am (was) with are awful no use at all but I can see from reading the comments on the AA site I had better look else where Thanks.
