General Comments

I got Neville Johnson to do the furniture in the lounge and the study. The designer had a couple of meetings with me to understand what I exactly wanted, and incorporated my requirements in his design. He was so involved in the project.....he kept refining the design. He called me once with a design idea while he was walking his dog and not officially working!

I'm stunned at the quality of the furniture and the fitting. Everything was fitted by just one person within 2 days! And yet the quality is unbelievable! There's not a single fault or compromised workmanship anywhere. I'm quite finicky about little things, and can easily spot the smallest of faults, chipped corners, damaged paintwork etc. & I must say, this is the first time I've not had even the slightest issue with regards to the quality. Everything is just perfect. There's absolutely no gap between the furniture and the wall (and walls are known not to be straight!). The areas which are usually most compromised on, are the ones which are not in sight (inside the cupboards etc). But this is superb quality and finish inside and out.

Also, the customer service and the survey visit have all been a very pleasant experience. Very professional. Everything worked seamlessly, on schedule and in a hassle-free manner.

Without doubt, Neville Johnson are the very best in the business.
