An excellent cabin crew and the flight took off on time and arrived ahead of schedule

General Comments
I flew to Vancouver in May 2009 with Thomas Cook Airline, and from the minute I stepped into the plane I (and my very awkward hatbox) were taken very good care of. I did pay for the upgrade and it was worth the £99.00 each way. I had plenty of leg room, my diabetic meal was more than adequate and the staff were attentive and caring at all times. For the price I paid I would deffinitely use the airline again.

This lady that flew to Vancouver was lucky. My cabin crew was great but the aircraft rubbish. I warn you unless you have to or you have no choice by ready to have your legs around your neck and I don't mean the mile high club, but if you are 4 feet tall and no more you will be ok !!
