The person who make my appointment ... she was nice and tried to solve every concern that I had


General Comments

I went for my complementary consultation at Plantation laser hair removal at Ideal Image, FL location and the director was so rude with me, she didn't explain the cost, the procedure or even see my hair ... she only said the price is $4900 and you have to pay right now or apply for credit ... when I asked about the time is going to last or what kind of laser do they use she said all the information is in our website and you already know that (BC I told her I had been searching about laser hair removal)
The only thing that I felt there was pressure to sign paperwork and that is it ... They only want your money
