Good Points

friendly...but useless.


Bad Points

They have charged me for 2 seats missing when they never even existed...they are totally convinced it was a 7 seater, even though I ordered a 5 seater. No matter what evidence they are given they have chosen not to believe it...its absolutely incredible that they can get things so wrong and just charge your cc. Never use them again. Luckily I booked them through Hertz and they are now investigating..hopefully someone will listen.


General Comments

Sol-Mar are very lacking in any procedures to verify correctly damages and no. of seats...believe it or not.
