Good Points

salesmen are v.nice and friendly (before and during the sale), good stock and range of vehicles


Bad Points

Being told it would cost £600 more on the day of collecting vehicle, cars are average at best for the prices charged (paid £1,500 more than true value of vehicle - not on finance), plus not impressed with some smarta** employee putting a corsa battery in the car, BMW battery cost £165 from main dealer after corsa battery failed after 7 months


General Comments

Overall Carcraft is a typical 2nd hand car supermarket, all spit and polish on the surface trying to diguise overpriced poor quality cars available on easy finance, would not purchase from here again no matter how many cheesy adverts they put on TV
