Good Points
easy to prgramme good duvet wash cycle.

Bad Points
sometimes the pump airlocks when spinning out main wash water which stops spin cycle then restarts the spin cycle again which seems to put strain on the motors.

General Comments
i bought my dyson cr01 in 2002 it has been the best washing machine i have ever owned.we have used it constantly as has my daughter for her family when her machine is broken.it had one problem four years ago when the carbon brushes failed in the motors.i was impressed by the speed of the repair and the fact the repair man told me the machine had done 2000 cycles.just returned from holiday t shirts shorts etc caked in sun cream put them in the machine on dirt and stains programme evry trace of dirrt removed.just exieriencing small problem with outer door interlock not latching .before the cr01 we had creda hot point hoover which because of the workload failed after 3 years.
