Reliable, efficient, tough and a pleasure to use. Aero brush (optional) is great for gritty carpets, pet hair, etc.
Bad Points
My old house has lots of steps up and down between rooms, and occasionally Henry can topple over - but no damage and he just keeps on working.
General Comments
Simply the best vacuum cleaner I've ever used. My friends' Dysons are forever going wrong/blocking up/breaking drive belts/etc, but Henry just keeps going. Don't be put off by the apparently modest power (1200W): I had an Electrolux vacuum cleaner which was 1800W, but I think most of that power went into making noise and heat, rather than vacuum! This is the vacuum cleaner that Volkswagen would sell you...

I agree with this review because...The Henry is simply the best and like Oscar Wilde, I am satisfied with the best.
Dyson products are just overpriced, unreliable flashy junk. Your Henry will take a battering and even if it ended up looking like that beat-up floating robot in the film, The Black Hole, it would still work and
