Unprofessional, Appauling customer service. From the service I've had, id say they dont know wether their coming or going!


General Comments

Firstly, eCar Insurance didnt receive the email with my proof of no claims discount & they sent me a letter threatening to cancel my policy, after numerous emails they finally discovered that they had my proof os NCD. Few weeks later, they wanted copies our drivers licences, again, a very threatening letter telling us that they will cancel our policy if we dont send these to them - we sent them as well. 3 months later, another threatening letter, this time we have to prove our common law relationship to them. A letter sent by recorded delivery telling us that they are cancelling our policy because we have given false information!! For starters, we didnt give them false information, because we were never asked to prove this before!!! They are very cheap & I guess you get what you pay for!!!
