Even ABTA accreditation does not help with getting a response from this terrible company.
General Comments
This is an update to review that I wrote on 22 Nov 2008.
Bookable blamed another company for the problem & stated that bookable were not responsible for what had happened despite the fact that their name was on the invoice. The other company that they blamed did not appear on any paperwork & were not ABTA accredited. Consumer Direct (Trading standards) made it very clear that as bookable sent the invoice & took the money they were indeed responsible, however bookable have once again refused to communicate, they have even ignored ABTA.
