Good Points

They are very good when there are unexpected payments on your card.

Can't think of anything else!

Thomas Cook travel pounds (untill they halved it so now actually this isn't even worth it!)


Bad Points

However, if you have made an unusual payment it will get declined and you have to wait to speak to them before your account becomes unblocked.

Customer service is terrible.

Interest is very high and no o% periods.


General Comments

My Thomas Cook Credit Card statement goes to the 19th of the month and I will usually receive this by about the 25th of the month but today (20th) they have phoned me and told me they have put a block on my account until I make a payment even though I have not yet received my statement and I will not pay anything before reviewing my statement. And if I make the minimum payment over the phone and then pay the balance off when I receive the statement they won't let me pay next months credit card as you can only make 2 payments within a 30 day period by debit card - which they do not spell out to you and you only find out when they deny payment and then you get charged!
