T-mobile reception is erratic where I live - just 3.5 miles from Birmingham centre. Some days its fine, others I have no signal yet their website says the signal is very good in this area. I have reported this to them but they just keep telling me the signal is good where I am. I have changed phones and SIMS too but still the signla is poor. I have a colleague who lives on the other side of Birmingham and has the same problem. I will not be renewing my contract.
