Resort staff -still friendly- but the "customer services" at head office!! Arrogant, unhelpful and obviously as sick of M.W. as the poor old guests!
Bad Points
Baby listening stopped, food dreadful. Very limited choice of resorts- all the smaller ones dropped in favour of the big Butlins ones. The whole package has gone from what they made their name doing, and is now but a pale imitation of what was once the best sports holiday operator. Very sad.
General Comments
Having been on over thirty mark warner holidays ( beach and snow ) over the last twenty years, I know what to expect. Unfortunately, their standards have dropped so far that it is no longer the fantastic holiday it once was. The cost cutting has gone way too far. Food is poor, rooms very much in need of refurbing. They seem to be going down the 18-30 route
