General Comments
Ordered a large sack of dog food plus cat carrier and book ,total £54.54.
Was given a tracking number for parcelforce which didn't work and I kept thinking the courier was the problem. Emailed the company and was told goods had not been dispatched and they would rectify the problem. After a week of waiting I did try to telephone the company but could not get through. I emailed again and was told that the following week my goods would arrive within two to three days.
Goods did not arrive, I have now asked for a refund which I am still waiting for.
