just sent a nokia 6500 slide to mazuma as i was told it was worth £50,i could have got more on ebay as the phone was almost as good as new but thought this would be easier.i wrapped the phone in plenty of bubble wrap as the freepost envelope they send is not padded and i have just recieved an e.mail saying that the phone is not in working order and that it has lines across the screen and they only want to give me £20 which i'm not accepting,so i've now got to wait and hope i get it sent back.just be aware is my advice as i think this process is very open to abuse,it's their word against yours-if you've got more patience put your phones on ebay.
