General Comments

car phone warehouse are shocking bad, i brought a phone at xmas 2 months later it went wrong so i took it back. It was sent off for repair i had it back for 24 hours and the same thing happened again. It has happen 4 times with the last 7 or 8 weeks. The last time it happened i was not even called to say my phone was in store they just leave you to find out for your self. To be honest the customer service is very very bad, i shall never ever use them again. My phone is 6 months old you would think that they would just replace it rather than have to send it away all the time. I am sure i am entiltled to my money back. This is very unfair they are quick enough to take your money but when it comes to providing a service quite frankly rubbish.
