General Comments

I have my third treatment at Ideal Image tomorrow..I am nervous bc I noticed hair on my face in places I have never had hair and most of it has grown back , darker and more of it...I paid $4000 for a full face and they did my neck at no extra cost. I did not have hair on my neck before treatment but the nurse said that its free and the laser does not stimulate hair growth..well now I have dark on my neck..it must stimulate hair growth...I have a consulation tomorrow with the nurse bc she said she thinks the treatments will not work on fine black hair,but the consultant said I am a great candidate before I signed the contract and then I was told after the first treatment that I am not a good candidate..I was lied to and wasted $4000 and my hair is worse...tomorrow the nurse and I will discuss moving treatments to another area of my body or continue with my face..hopefully I will get a partial refund and never go back again...will my hair grow back worse with every treatment..is there a chance for a refund? Corporate manager never returned my call
