Bad Points
They charge an admin fee of £45 per amendment.. but I guess it was our own fault!
General Comments
I think Sovereign Holidays are an amazing agency. Had a few problems with my booking as people kept dropping out etc and the customer service staff were really helpful and patient with me and changed by booking many times.
