Have been building, installing and repairing computers for over 10 years. Purchased LG Software Innovations 1Click DVD Copy 3/29/09. Installed one click on what is now my old computer. Old computer went south on me. Built new computer. Installed one click on new computer. Attempted to register. One click would not register new computer claiming I had used it on 2 computers prior and I would have to buy another license. The new computer is the second computer. Regardless of how the software works, I would not have made the purchase if I knew about the extremely poor customer service.
