Don't boither with cheap office furniture. Been trying to get money back for faulty chair for 18 months now. They took a lot of messing about to get it delivered in first place, getting it returned was equallly farcical.
They have been ignoring all communication so fair, posted letter/emails/messages left on website (cheapofficefurniture.co.uk).
