Lack of communication, Extremely late delivery times & they charge to much for delivery even if there very small & light orders.


General Comments

I placed my order with cycele store, then it was well over a week & I still did not receive it. I contacted the shop to see what the hold up was when I was informed that they was out of stock of the item that I placed an order with. However I called them back that very same day to inquire to see if they had in stack the item that I had ordered originally & I was told by somebody else who answered the phone that they had them in stock. So it was obvious that when I called them the first time to see why my order was taking so long that they just told me that they was out of stock because they simply forgot about my order. A day after I called them my order arrived... I think if I had not of called the store I would still be waiting for my item today. All-round a bad service & I would never go near these people again!
