Really impressed with service I got from Talk Talk today.......been with them now for over 2 years with no problems but a few days ago our phone stopped working. We rang up customer services and reported the fault...had an automated voice and had to press numbers to answer questions which was awful must admit....BUT within a couple of hours they had sent an engineer out to sort out the fault. They also kept me informed via my mobile what was happening! Like i say, REALLY IMPRESSED. So used to hearing bad reviews for Talk Talk thought i'd share this positive experience.
