Wasnt told of the natural wear of this particular leather.
General Comments
We bought a 4 Seater Leather sofa and electrice reclining chair. After 10 days the leather started looking "distressed" after numerous telephone calls they sent an engineer out to look at it. After inpsection he subsequently produced s can of spray paint and asked my partner if he wanted him to respray the suite. We were horrified, and said no thanks mate. We have since been back to store at the Parkgate, Rotherham branch and was dealt with by someone who was extremely understanding and has replaced it with a new suite at the same price even though it was over £400 more expensive. We now have to wait 6 weeks for the delivery. All in all we are pleased with the outcome.
