Good Points

Absolutely none.


Bad Points

High interests rates, non-friendly service, despicable and shady dealings, scrupulus actions, unwaverying "corporate" policies designed to screw their customer base, harrassing phone calls over miniscule amounts, and the list can continue.


General Comments

Make a purchase through the HSBC Retail Services account in Jan of 06. Paid a horrific amount of interest at 18.9% for a "Recreational Vechicle." They decided to repo my "vehicle" over a $90 late payment when I've been making payments and was willing to make payments. They refused to let me pay the rest of the $90 and come-to-date and require a full payoff amount to receive the vehicle back. No service between the hours of 4pm and 8am make it more difficult to talk to them. And they refuse to help out their customers that are willing to make payments. Is this how you run a business? Prob more how you run a racket.
