Good Points

Road handling, Quiet, Fuel comsuption (600 milesto a tank being frugal), Great Brakes, Traction control, Feels Quick Nippy.


Bad Points

Chipped paint and fading slightly (Red)
Driver window sticking (not electric)


General Comments

I have the Volkswagen Transporter 104bhp 1.9 td T5, I have this a few years now and have 99K miles on it, only problem was a broken drive which was replaced under warranty, I have always used a private garage to get my servicing done, I cant afford these main dealer prices. I brought it back the main dealer to get the cam belt service at £75K miles.

Its quick enough and frugal and I like it alot, the driving position is excellent, you can make the seat height go up or down tilt forward or backwards, the steering has adjustable tilt.

The blue dials look pretty sweet.

This is my second VW van, previously owned the larger LT28, which was also superb.

I do like VW's, although a friend of mine has the 130bhp 2.5 transporter with less miles than mine and the turbo has just gone - dissappointing.
