Sales tecniques Made me feel good.


Bad Points

where to start they said all intrest & charges would be frozen DIDNT HAPPEN, mis sold ppi & bank account which is not required.


General Comments

I was with GP for 12 months at first it was great i thought everything would now start to fall in place in my life as i had been through a messy divorce with my ex wife. they was reassuring to me that intrest and charges would all be frozen and the management fee would be £29 p/m plus banking charge of £15 they also sold me debt management ppi at £12 p/m i was paying £200 p/m on my plan. i then got a phone call from Abbey who said that they wasnt receiving the right amount of money each month, they had asked for and that the balance was in fact bigger now than a year ago due to intrest and charges on the account. as u can imagen i was very worried about what was going to happen as abbey made it very clear they was not going to mess about anymore, i asked for advice and they pointed me in the direction of the cccs or payplan . i spoke to them both but i wasnt convinced due to the oilrig in bangladesh vibe i got. i then got a call from beech finance rather unexpectedly from a gentleman called david spruce he listened to my story and then gave me a plan to follow to help me get sorted i am now paying £300 p/m to my creditors and ALL intrest & charges have been frozen i can also ring beech up and get a update at any time, it just go's to show that you should shop around and not just sign up to the first 1 you see.
