Communication is very poor
Paper work takes a very long time to get posted.


General Comments

Although Bell Car Insurance was cheap i wish i had never used them.
I needed to swap my insurance from one car to another which they did on the phone no problem.
But getting them to post paperwork is a true task and when you ask they insist it was sent imediately by 1st class post , I wondered if they meant carrier pigeon that possibly got lost for a week.
This resulted in me having a car that i could not drive due to it needing tax.

If you want your paper work through quick do not use this company.

I for one will never use Bell again.
