This is a very bad company for paying out genuine claims, my husband and myself have just lost £2000 because i became ill the day before we departed, not a serious illness just nasty winter vomiting bug, but nevertheless unable to travel, they would not pay out because I did not see a Doctor that day even though I contacted my GP out of hours service (on Sunday), they just advised me to take plenty of fluids. How do you take on a company such as this, I advise you all to avoid Insure and Go.
