If you try and leave Tesco car insurance you are treated on the phone with a level of aggressive rudeness that is staggering. I have now asked for my no claims bonus certificated twice over 3 weeks and have still yet to receive it - the letter requesting the outstanding balance on the account arrived with me inside 24 hour so they are clearly actively in the process of bulling customer. For existing comstomers their renewal prices are a joke, they welcome you in with a lower quaot however do not reduce it year on year and as it is so difficult to leave the company - DO NOT JOIN IN THE FIRST PLACE.
